He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Riggs and Lois Feldhouse Walker (Curtis "Butch"); his brother David Riggs; and his nephew Nathan. He is survived by: his siblings, Jeffrey, Billy, Danny, Connie and Tabatha.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home (35 W 2nd St, Manchester, OH 45144).
