He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Rolph Deaton; his children, Michael Deaton of Hamilton, David Deaton of Xenia, Sammie Lynn Diggs of Manchester and Deborah Lynn Justice of Manchester; and his siblings, Carolyn Sue Hoskins (Arnold) and Doug Nelson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
