She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Perkins and Virgie Mae Arganbright; her husband Chester Slack Sr.; and her son John David Howard. She is survived by: her daughter Janet Wilson (Heath); and her grandchildren, Blake James Perkins, Mallory Joe Tolle, Penny, Johnna, Rose, Denny and David.
