She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Welch and Lora Esta Francis Welch; her granddaughter Ashley Nicole Scott; and her brother Clyde Jr. Welch. She is survived by: her husband Harry "Butch" Bowman; her children, Cindy Hanson (Greg) of West Union and Thomas Scott (Elizabeth) of West Union; her grandchildren, Christopher Hanson (Lesley) and Stacey Rainwater; her great grandchild Benjamin Hanson; her brothers, Bobby Welch, Jimmy Welch (Beulah), Charlie Welch (Ruthie) and Wayne Welch; and her niece Evelyn Schlauch. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
