He is survived by: his wife Faye Wagner (Ricketts) of Manchester, OH; his daughters, Loretta Kennard (Chris) of Manchester, OH, Lanis Wagner (Judy) of Manchester, OH, Porter Wagner (Tammy) of Manchester, OH, Shannon Wagner (Cindy) of Maysville, KY, Barbara Wagner of Aberdeen, OH, Brenda Wheeler (Jack) of Flemingsburg, KY and Jo Cora of Elkhart, IN; his grandchildren, Vanessa Ziegelmeier, Emery Wagner, Timothy Wagner, Brandon Wagner and Torrain Wagner; and his sisters, JoAnn Gulley of Friendship, OH and Mary Tate of Portsmouth, OH. He is also survived by numerous other grandchildren and great grandchildren.
