He is survived by: his parent Thelma Blevins (Bennett); his spouse Linda Kay Blevins (Truitt); his sons, Richard Andrew Blevins, Jr. (Luisa) of Monroe Louisiana and Brent Allen Blevins (Norma) of Manchester; his grandchildren, Triston John Blevins of Ripley and Adrianna Lauren Blevins of Monroe; and his brother Earl Daniel Blevins (Janice) of Farmersville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
