He was predeceased by: his parent Tracy Conn. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Conn (Applegate) of West Union; and his brothers, Gregory Conn of Bentonville and Jeremy Conn of West Union. He is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, nieces and nephews.
