It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randy Allen Baker of Manchester, Ohio, born in West Union, Ohio, who passed away on January 16, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jasper Scott, Ora and Jessie Baker. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Baker and Sharon Scott Baker of West Union; his wife Kimberly Ann Carpenter Baker; his daughter Hollie Herrington (James "Gus"); his grandchildren, Andrew, Ayden and Angel Herrington; his brother Darin Baker (Patsy Smith); his grandmother Marjorie Scott; and his nephew Hunter Baker. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
