He is survived by: his mother Rebecca Jane Bayless Stout of Manchester; and his siblings, Dianne Bevins (Paul), Alicia Morgan (late Craig), Kelly Stout (Leslie) and Danny Bayless (Candy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
