He was predeceased by: his parents, Cline Rogers and Frances Fisher Scarborough; and his brothers, Jimmy, William, Lewis and David Rogers.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Rogers (Tita), Eric Rogers (Tina) and Donna Carter (Casey); and his siblings, Glynnis Roth, Lisa Laws, Bonnie Jewell Rogers and Roy Rogers. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren.
