She is survived by: her husband James R "Bob" Bowen; her children, Russell Gifford (Jeri) of Seaman, Robbie Gifford of Manchester and Dorothy Brown of West Union; her stepchildren, James R "Jamie" Bowen, Jr, Chris A Bowen (Chasity), Carla L Dugeon (Lawrence), Robert "Bobby" Bowen and Jason L Bowen; her siblings, Jack Vernatter (Lou), Donnie Vernatter (Cindy), Tammy Stevenson (Steve), Carolyn Thacker (Ray), Sherry Ranly (Mike), Sandy Boling (Dean) and Randy Vernatter (Brenda); and her grandchildren, Russell Gifford III, Ryan Gifford, Kathryn Gifford, Joshua Burt, Natalee Gifford, Nicholas Gifford, Sarah Brown and Josie Brown. She is also survived by many step grandchildren and 1 step grandchild.
