It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marian Ruth Stobaugh of Manchester, Ohio, born in Orrville, Ohio, who passed away on July 24, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle V. Hershey and Lulu Steiner; her sister Lou Kieffer; and her granddaughter Elizabeth Rine. She is survived by: her husband Charles; her children, Margaret Higgins (Paul), Mary E. Coates, David Lowther (Linda), Richard Stobaugh (Claudia), Amy Rine (Greg), Jo Mastin and Darlene Shaffer (Roger); and her siblings, Bob Hershey (Jess), Edward Hershey (Jeanie) and Carol Hamburger (Arthur). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
