He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Kawolsky; and his son Roger Lee Green. He is survived by: his parents, Clinton Green and Blanche Green; his wife Donna Green; and his children, John Ray, Nikki Green, Carla Denise, Gary Smith, Amylynn Reel, Dawn Marie, Bill Smart, Amy Morataya, Ashley Haag and Dustin Haag. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
