She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Moore and Marilyn Moore (Mathias); her daughters, Stephanie and Mindy Smith; and her siblings, Randy, Marty, Eddie Moore and Mary.
She is survived by: her husband Steve Smith; her children, Steve Smith Jr. (Racheal Sowers) of Greenfield and Kelly Jo (Pat Green) of Manchester; and her sister Diana Eads (Paul) of Albany. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
