It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josie R. Francis of Manchester, Ohio, who passed away on March 29, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Riggs Sr. and Marjorie (Gray); her daughter Denise Hughes; and her siblings, Raymond Riggs Jr., Rick Riggs, Dean Riggs and Faye Riggs-Kennedy.
She is survived by: her husband Ervin Francis of Manchester; her daughter Paula Gaffin of West Union; her grandchildren, Emilee Trombley, Michael of Manchester, Braxton Gaffin, Michelle of Mayslick, Braydan Shelton and Gareth of West Union; and her great grandchildren, Carter Trombley, Kensington Trombley, Kinslee Gaffin, Hayslee Gaffin, Carter Shelton and Hudson Shelton.
