He was predeceased by: his wife Thelma Moore Frazier; his parents, Harry and Maude; his siblings, Georgia Woolard, Harry C Yates and Albert Yates; and his grandson Dougie Downing.
He is survived by: his former wife Loretta Johnson Secrest; his daughters, Tammy Lynn Frazier, Sheila Carter, Barbara Downing and Tammy Brewer (Randy); his grandchildren, Jonda Young (Greg), Cody Carter (Michelle), Benji Downing (Kerinda), Kyle Brewer (Heather), Scott Brewer (Ashlea) and Ryan Brewer (Jessica); and his great grandchildren, Brayden, Rylie, Bryce Young, Kayleigh, Kameyl, Kloey Carter, Addie, Ambree Downing, Sophia and Piper Brewer.
