He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Joseph and Freda Grace Scott Palmer; his siblings, Rickie, Steven, Gene Palmer, Shirley McClurg, Sandra Knauff and Vickie Gulley; and his nephew Phil Palmer.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Palmer (Katie), Ryan Palmer and Andrew Palmer; his grandchildren, Kennedy, Maddox and Adelyn Palmer; his fiancée Kathleen McConnell; and his siblings, Robert Palmer (Joyce), Danny Palmer, Ronnie Palmer, Brenda Meranda (Michael), Terry Meyer (Larry), Lois Hughes Evelyn (Wendall) and Gladys Cluxton.
