She is survived by: her husband Billy Newton of Manchester, OH; her siblings, Kathy DeAtley of Seaman, OH and Lonnie Bilyeu of Manchester, OH; and her sister-in-law Delores Bilyeu. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
