He was predeceased by: his parents, Burt Miller and Ethelyn Miller (Gladding); and his brothers, Frank and Bob Miller. He is survived by: his wife Betty Miller; his children, Kathy Witwer (David), Ron Miller (Peggy) and Lloyd Miller (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Teri (Mark), Danielle, Derrick (Rebekah), Josh, Chris, Ashley, Nate and Sarah. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
