He is survived by: his wife Beverly Palmer; his son Michael Palmer (Tara); his stepson Donald Jones; his siblings, Robert Palmer (Joyce), Danny Palmer, Ivol Palmer (Kathleen), Ronnie Palmer, Brenda Meranda (Michael), Terry Meyer (Larry), Lois Hughes (Wendell), Evelyn Dugan and Gladys Cluxton; his grandchildren, Jordyn Mullins (Matt), Ryan Palmer and Christopher Mitchell; and his pets, Pixie and Rascal. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
