He is survived by: his wife Pam Hesler Holsinger; his children, Jessica Markwell (Shawn) of Manchester and Lakota Thacker of Georgetown, KY; his siblings, George "Peanut" Holsinger (Nancy), Beverly Ross (Jerry), Darlene Francis, Roger Holsinger and Howard Murphy; his close friends, Jeff Conley, Pete Rigdon, Timothy Rigdon and Frank Coffey; and his nephews, Johnathan Holsinger, Rickey Francis and Todd Lewis. He is also survived by children.
