He was predeceased by: his parents, Vane D. Moon and Mary Sullivan Towler (Raymond); and his siblings, Bud Towler and Peggy Chandler. He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Scott (Tim) of Manchester, Lori Whitley (Shawn) of West Union, Billie Davenport of Manchester and Janet Moon; his grandchildren, Jerica (Tristan), Anthony (Reagan) and Nicholas; and his great grandchildren, Weston and Paisley.
