He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave Miller and Sara Greer Miller; and his siblings, Ralph, John, June (Gene Miller), Helen Shields (Nadine Land) and Kenneth Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Jefferies Miller; his children, Cathy Fisher (Frank), Kenneth Miller (Ladan), Sandy Collins, Dean Miller (Angie), Elaine Ashcraft (Gary), Tammy Ast (Brian) and Mike Miller (Pam); his grandchildren, Frank Fisher Jr., James Fisher, Amanda Harris (Collins), Jessica Collins, Katie Young, Joe Young, Sara Young, Josh Miller, Justin Miller, Cory Miller, Christopher Hathaway, Robert Manning, Shelby Ast, Carissa Patton, Brandon Miller and Dave Miller; and his sisters, Hazel Hamm (Billy) and Mary Hobbs. He is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
