She was predeceased by: her son David Kosakowski; her husband Leonard Stanley Kosakowski; and her parents, Edward Boczek and Maryann Boczek. She is survived by: her children, Leonard Kosakowski (Tomoko) and Karen Kurowski (Glen); her grandchildren, Lindsay Alvey (Taylor), Ryan Kosakowski (Amanda), Ken Kosakowski, Yuji Kosakowski, Katy Kurowski and David Kurowski; and her great grandchildren, Harrison, Caroline Alvey and Benjamin Kosakowski.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Christ, Prince of Peace Catholic Church.
