She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bob" and Dorothy Mae Armstrong (Dickson); her husband David Arnold; her grandsons, John David Boone and James Dylan Small; and her siblings, Gloria Dunaway, Brenda Grooms, Bobby Wayne Doyle, Jackie, Debbie Doyle and Tracy Savage.
She is survived by: her brothers, Mike Smalley of Maysville, KY, Shane Smalley of Maysville, KY and Larry Case of Marion, IN; her siblings-in-law, Terri Henderson of Mt. Olivet, KY and David Savage of Peru, IN; and her close friends, Kenda Collins of Manchester, OH and Mabel Napier of Manchester, OH. She is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
