He is survived by: his wife Jamie Adkins (Day); his children, Wendell Reeves (Kari) of West Union, Susan Shiveley (Mike) of West Union and Jenilyn Young of Manchester; and his siblings, Mary Conn (Danny) of Manchester, William Adkins of Manchester, Ronnie of Maysville and Walter Adkins of Maysville. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
