He is survived by: his parents, David Kilgore and Kathy Turner (Gilbert) of Manchester; his daughter Whitney Sullivan of Aberdeen; his siblings, Ray Gilbert of Richmond, KY, Matt Kilgore, Misty Turner (Bobby Noble), Kimberly Turner (Billy Rigdon), Becky Adams (Rocky) of Ripley and Jennifer Kilgore; and his granddaughter Everly Rose. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Meeker Funeral Home (308 N Columbus St, Russellville, OH 45168). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
