He is survived by: his wife Cheryl "Chris" Campbell; his children, Jocelyn Campbell of Lake Waynoka, Deborah Jackson of Hillsboro, Jeff Campbell of Hillsboro, Mike Campbell (Beth) of Leesburg, Patrick Campbell (Tara), Charles Campbell of Plain City and April Logan (Marty) of Manchester, Ohio; his siblings, Tom Campbell (Janet) of Greenfield, Bob Campbell (Ann) of Leesburg and Linda Howlett of Florida; his aunt Maxine; his uncle Vernon Carson of Hillsboro, Ohio; and his pet Pepper "Junior". He is also survived by his nineteen grandchildren; his eleven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Dave's name to Hospice of Hope (909 Kenton Station Dr, Maysville, KY 41056).
