He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George, Evelyn Alexander, John and Boots Lewis. He is survived by: his parents, Larry Alexander and Sandina Alexander of Manchester, Ohio.; his siblings, Robert and Elizabeth (Tyson); his nieces and nephews, Ariana, Tori (Tanner), Cameron, Destiny, Gracelyn and Charles; his uncle Brett; his aunt Carol Lewis; his cousins, Adam and Kami; his uncle Martin; his aunt Rosetta Tumbleson; his cousins, Bartin and Lisa; his great-aunt Tiny Applegate; and his close friend Beans.
David was an organ donor and 100 people will benefit from his donation.
