She was predeceased by: her husband George W. Fornash; and her brothers, Norman and Sam Bowling. She is survived by: her children, Lucille Kluesener (Matthew), Evelyn Mitchell of Indiana, Kenneth Ormes (Tami) and David Ormes (Mary Jo); her brother Eugene Bowling of Colorado; and her grandchildren, Angel, Shauna, Felicia, Jonathan, Joshua, Jason, Rebecca, Michael and Krissy. She is also survived by 22 great grandchildren.
