She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley J. Poltak; and her siblings, Joseph Gazda (Gus), Stanley Gazda (Mike), Ed Gazda, Betty Turley, Helen High, Evangeline Murphy and Freddie Gazda.
She is survived by: her parents, Paul Gazda and Blanche Gazda (Piecuch); her children, Charlene Carter (Leslie), Thomas Poltak (Janice), Brenda Poltak (Sean McNamara), Lynda Kolenski and Gary Poltak (Trish); and her sisters-in-law, Louise Gazda and Shirley Gazda. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren.
