He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bailey of Manchester, OH; and his siblings, Mollie Haddox of Jackson, OH, Sue Wildermath of Mufreesboro, TN, Larry Bailey of Hillsboro, OH and John Bailey of Independence, KY. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
