She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Greene and Rose Greene (Green); and her daughter-in-law Renee Bailey. She is survived by: her husband Randy Ballinger of Manchester, OH; her children, Christopher Shane Andrews of Knoxville, TN, Delinda Andrews-Luinge (Hendrik), Jessie C. Ballinger (Laura) and Shawna R. Ballinger of Manchester, OH; and her grandson Lucas.
