He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Partain and Margaret Partain (Foust). He is survived by: his sons, Brian (Nicole) of Malvern, Marcus Jackson (Trisha) and Tyler of Newport News, VA; his grandchildren, Lovelyn, Gabriel, Zoe, Madalyn, Alana, Sara and Ethan; his brothers, Ronald (Terri) of Newport News, VA and Dennis (Brenda) of Anderson, IN; his daughter-in-law Alexis Drummond of Williamsburg, VA; his sister-in-law Shelly Partain of Jacksonville, NC; and his aunts, Esther Beason of Spokane, WA and Bernice Partain of Noblesville, IN. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
