He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold McMillen and Garnett McMillen (Martin). He is survived by: his wife Susan McMillen (Barstow); his children, Amy Frabel (Jesse) of Carrollton and Jason McMillen (Angela) of Louisville; his siblings, Barbara Gardner (Canton), Mary Harsh (Jeff) of Malvern, Helen Skinner (Kenny) of Carrollton and William McMillen of Malvern; and his grandchildren, Ashlynn, Landon Frabel, Braelynn, Mia and Paisley McMillen.
