He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Decker and Helen Decker; and his son Douglas R. Decker. He is survived by: his wife Norma Decker (Clapper); his sons, David Decker of Malvern and Dustin Decker (Stacy) of Malvern; his grandchildren, Dakota Decker of Malvern, Drake Decker (S. Navy), Mallory Decker and Payton Decker of Malvern; and his siblings, Zella Hershberger of Canton, Deborah Halverstadt of Canton and Charles Decker of Canton. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
