She was predeceased by: her mother Patty Cunningham (Simpson). She is survived by: her father David Cunningham Sr.; her sons, Cody Huffman of Malvern and Adam Huffman (Dishelle Carchide) of Carrollton, Ohio.; her siblings, Jeannie Moore (Larry) of Carrollton, David Cunningham Jr. of Bowerston and Tim Cunningham (Angie) of Uhrichsville, Ohio.; and her grandsons, Jackson, Jamison, Declan and Cooper. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
