He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Sr. Evans and Etta King Evans; his wife Rita; his son Terry; and his brother Walter.
He is survived by: his daughter Jeanette Cavelli; his grandchildren, Nathan Evans, Eric Evans, Brittany Evans, Nicholas Evans and Lynnette Wadsworth (Justin); and his brother Carl Evans.
In lieu of flowers the family asks donations be made in Charles name to the Paralyzed Veterans of America or Disabled American Veterans.
