She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Penick and Alta Penick (Williams); her husband Donald Eick; her son Randy; and her son-in-law Steve.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy; her son-in-law Rick; her granddaughter Kristina (Derik); her great grandchildren, Jordyn and Colin (Doris); her daughters, Dawn, Tammy and Helen; her grandchildren, Michael, Angela, Tim, Erin and Jay; her great grandchildren, Olivia and Jayce; and also Linda. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that you send flowers instead to the residents of the Arbor's in Minerva.
