She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Clarke Sr. and Lena Forrester Clarke; and her siblings, Chrystal Murnahan and Mickey Clarke. She is survived by: her children, Mark Simkins Jr. of Lancaster, Rebecca Welch of Columbus and Sarah Gutbrod of Pickerington; and her brother Ralph Clarke of Malta. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
