She is survived by: her daughter Mandy (Anthony Ingram); her husband Gary A. Smith; her children, Angie Smith (Tequila McKnight), Brian Smith (Luis Pacheco) and Chad Smith (Susana Olvera); her granddaughter Taylin Ratliff; and her brothers, John Vanoster of McConnelsville and Lee Vanoster of New Lexington. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and close friends.
