She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Jr. Dutro and Eleanor Dutro (Driggs); her husband D. Curtis Best; and her brother Ronald Dutro. She is survived by: her sons, Brian Best (Margie Haines), Steve Best and Charney Fitz (Terri Best) of Pennsville. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.
