He was predeceased by: his parents, Hughie Welch and Rosa Rodgers Welch; and his brothers, Theodore and Lloyd Welch. He is survived by: his wife Linda Welch; his children, Paul Mullen (Cal) of Melbourne, FL and Kristi Vincent (Jim) of Malta; and his sister Judy Williamson of Crooksville. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
