He is survived by: his brother Richard Maxwell of Malta; his stepchildren, Kim Leopold of Malta, Tim Leopold of McConnelsville and Troy Leopold of McConnelsville; his nephew Mike Burch (Rachel) of McConnelsville; his great-nephew Carter Burch of McConnelsville; his niece Elizabeth Maxwell of McArthur; and his great-nephew Aiden Fetherolf. He is also survived by several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
