He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Hosom and Mary Vorhies Hosom; and his brothers, Carlos, Jerry, Raymond and Roy Hosom.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Lindsey Hosom; his daughters, Becky Dille of McConnelsville and Beth Wright of Marietta; and his sisters, JoAnn Raines of Pennsville, Barbara Rainey of Philo and Debbie Talbot of McConnelsville. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
