He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Fuller, Sr. and Nancy Fuller (Coral). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Moore Fuller; and his daughter Kelly Fuller of Columbus.
Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the M. & M. Volunteer Fire Department in McConnelsville, Ohio.
