He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Weingart and Mable Wolford Weingart; his wife Betty Jones Weingart; and his children, David Weingart and Sue Sharp.
He is survived by: his daughter Shaun Collins of McConnelsville. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
