He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph C. Arbuckle Sr. and Louella Arbuckle Butcher (LeGrange); his stepdaughter Patricia (Rick Swisher); his granddaughter Natalie McCune; his sister Louella Kinder; and his stepsister Judy Meanor.
He is survived by: his wife Cristina M. Arbuckle (McCune); his daughter Rosanna "Annie" Arbuckle (Michael Tolewitz); his stepchildren, Wynonna Minner (Dwight), Jacob McCune (Arisha), Justin Gilmore (Jamie), Joshua McCune and Richard Hambrick; his grandchildren, Jessica, Travis, Ricky, Adrian, Andrew, Aiden, Nathan, Kyle and Tina; his great grandchildren, Kaydance, Khloe, Trey and Landon; and his stepbrother Randy Butcher. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
