He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Dalton Duncan and Ruth Gibeaut Duncan; and his brothers, Frank Duncan, Andy Duncan and Mike Duncan.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Hunter Duncan; and his children, Rosalee Powers (James) of McConnelsville, Rita Wilson (Marty) of Reinersville, Michael Duncan (Shelly) of McConnelsville and Rebecca Slivka (Joe) of Malta. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
