He was predeceased by: his parents, Rawleigh D. Lowe and Mildred M. Lowe; and his brother H. Donovan Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Carol Sue Lowe; his sister Ellen Hill (Greg); his children, Jeffrey Lowe and Julia Clemens; and his grandchildren, Brady Duane Clemens and Vada Sue Clemens.
